Show Time Details:
SHOW TIME 2027 – EVENT INFORMATION & CONSENT
We are so excited to welcome our dancers to Holly’s School of Dance – Show Time 2027! Please read all of the information below carefully before completing the form.
Show Day
Sunday 31st January 2027
12.00pm–5.00pm
Dancers will need to be available for the entire stated time.
Dancers must attend both the rehearsal/filming event and Show Day in order to take part in Show Time.
Entry Fee
£30.00 per dancer
£20.00 for each additional sibling
The entry fee includes access to a 720p digital download of the professionally filmed show.
Additional DVD or USB copies can be purchased separately at an additional cost via FilmMyShow.co.uk/Buy.
Show Tickets
Audience tickets are £9.00 per person.
Please indicate below how many tickets you would like to purchase.
Payment
Payment must be made by cash or BACS on or before 16th January 2027.
Please note that all fees are non-refundable. No refunds or deductions will be given for non-attendance, sickness or any other reason once your dancer’s place has been confirmed.
Rehearsals
All rehearsals will take place during dancers’ usual classes wherever possible.
If a particular group requires additional rehearsal time, parents/guardians and dancers will be given as much notice as possible. Please be aware that any additional training sessions may incur an additional cost.
Regular class attendance in the lead-up to Show Time is extremely important. Every dancer plays a part in their routines, and good attendance helps us ensure that rehearsals and Show Day run as smoothly as possible.
Behaviour
We expect all dancers to behave respectfully and appropriately during classes, rehearsals and Show Day.
Any serious or persistent inappropriate behaviour may result in a dancer being removed from a rehearsal, performance or future Holly’s School of Dance event where necessary to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone involved.
Supervision
Parents/guardians will not be permitted backstage or in the theatre with dancers during rehearsals.
Dancers will be supervised and cared for by licensed chaperones while they are rehearsing and during the Show.
Food & Drink
Please ensure dancers bring a clearly labelled water bottle and healthy snacks on both days.
For the safety of all our dancers, please do not bring foods containing common allergens such as nuts or eggs.
Costumes, Hair & Make-Up
Dancers must arrive performance ready, including being dressed in their specified costume/outfit with their hair and make-up completed as instructed.
Your dance teacher will provide the relevant costume, hair and make-up requirements approximately two weeks before the event.
A Little Reminder
Our dancers work incredibly hard in preparation for our events and we want Show Time to be an exciting, positive and memorable experience for everyone.
We encourage every dancer to perform to the very best of their ability, but please remember that mistakes can happen – and that’s absolutely okay!
Show Time is about giving our dancers the opportunity to perform, build confidence, make memories and experience the excitement of being part of a live show. Most importantly, we want them to enjoy it!
CONSENT & AGREEMENT
By completing and submitting the entry form:
Participation Consent
I give permission for myself/my dancer(s) to participate in Holly’s School of Dance – Show Time 2027, including the associated rehearsals, filming and performance.
Show Photography & Filming Consent
I give permission for myself/my dancer(s) to be photographed and filmed during rehearsals and performances for Show Time 2027.
I understand that this photography and footage is intended to capture memories of the event and that the professionally filmed show may be made available to participating dancers and their families via a digital download and/or additional DVD or USB copies.
By giving my consent, I understand and agree that myself/my dancer(s) may appear in this photography and video footage.
Promotional & Social Media Consent
I give permission for photographs and/or videos of myself/my dancer(s), taken specifically during rehearsals and performances for Show Time 2027, to be used by Holly’s School of Dance for promotional purposes.
I understand that this content may be shared on Holly’s School of Dance social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, and on the Holly’s School of Dance website.
Health Declaration
I confirm that myself/my dancer(s) is/are fit to participate in Show Time 2027 and that, to the best of my knowledge, participation in rehearsals and performances will not adversely affect mine/their health.
Lost Property
I understand that Holly’s School of Dance cannot accept responsibility for any lost, damaged or misplaced personal belongings brought to rehearsals or Show Day.
Policies
I confirm that I have been given the opportunity to read and understand the Holly’s School of Dance Privacy Policy and Child Protection/Safeguarding Policy.
