Terms & Conditions

  • Holly’s School of Dance & Hip Hop Inc Show Time will take place over two days: Saturday 31st January & Sunday 1st February 2026 at the Jubilee High Theatre in the Jubilee High School in Addlestone, School Lane, KT151TE.
  • Schedule for Saturday the 31st January (Dancers are only required to attend for their groups time slot seen below). On this day we will be recording the DvD of the Show:

  • Show Day will be on Sunday at the 1st February between 12.00-5.00pm, dancers will need to be there for the entire time.
  • Dancers must attend both events to be involved.
  • Entry Fee is £30.00 per dancer & includes one Dvd. Siblings are an additional £20.00 & if you’d like to order a Blu-ray Dvd there will be an extra £8.00 to pay (Please tick box below to order blu-ray). One DvD per Family, unless more are ordered at the request of family.
  • Tickets for the Show are £8.00 each. Please make a note of how many tickets you’d like to purchase below.
  • Payment is to be made by cash or BACS before or on the 17th January 2026. No refunds/deductions will be given for, but not limited to, non attendance and/or sickness.
  • All rehearsals will take place during classes. If a particular group need additional rehearsal time, this will be arranged and parents/dancer’s given notice as soon as possible, this extra training will involve additional costs.
  • Any bad behaviour during the next few months and especially on the day of the filming will result in expulsion from the filming day, and possible future events.
  • Parent’s/guardian’s will not be allowed in the theatre to watch the filming. Dancers will be looked after by licensed chaperones for the time they are filming & during the Show.
  • Please ensure dancer’s bring water bottles and healthy snack’s containing no allergens such as nuts/eggs etc on both days.
  • Dancer’s must arrive performance ready. This includes arriving already dressed in their outfits/hair style/make up as specified by your dance teacher 2 weeks prior to the filming day.
  • Attendance of all dancer’s is key to making the filming day/Show day a success. We encourage full attendance in classes to help the day run as smoothly as possible.
  • Please remember that all dancer’s work very hard for our events, trying their best to perform at their highest standard. Mistakes will happen and that’s ok, this is all about giving dancer’s opportunity for performance and different experiences.
  • I hereby give my permission for my dancer/myself to be part of “Show Time”
  • I give my permission for my dancer/myself to be videoed and photographed on the day of the filming/Show for the purpose of reminiscing and know that a DVD/Blu-ray of this event will be made and will be available for purchase for friends/family of those taking part.
  • I understand that lost property is not the responsibility of Holly’s School of Dance.
  • I understand and give my consent for pictures/video’s of my dancer/myself to be put on Facebook/instagram/social media/the Holly’s School of Dance website.
  • I declare that myself/my dancer(s) is fit and that mine/their health will not suffer by taking part in this event.
